Can we have a video call to discuss our upcoming wedding?
Absolutely, we'd love to have a video call to introduce ourselves and discuss your wedding.
However, we prefer text communication for detailed discussions. Written correspondence allows us to go over all your requirements and ensure that nothing is overlooked before your big day.
Do you assist with wedding day planning?
We don't offer planning services but are happy to work with your wedding plan or planner.
If you’re without one, we can guide you on the ideal timeline to ensure a smooth, stress-free day.
How do I calculate the working hours?
The countdown runs from the agreed start of the shoot to the end of the shoot.

Do you only work in Samui?
No, we’re available across Thailand and beyond. Let us know your preferred location!
How long does it take to edit photos and videos?
Photos: Up to 1 month.
Videos: Up to 2 months.
For expedited delivery (7 days), a $500 fee applies.
How many photos will we receive?
Expect 60+ edited photos per hour, with 600–800 for a full day.
Videos range from 5–15 minutes, depending on coverage.
How do we book a photo session with you?

When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. Editing begins after full payment is received.
How will we receive the photos and videos?
All files are uploaded to a private gallery, shareable with friends and family, and available for three years.
Can I send reference images for inspiration?
Yes, please! Share a Pinterest board or examples. We’ll incorporate your ideas while maintaining our signature natural and timeless style
Can you edit photos to match specific examples?
We focus on natural tones and classic styles but can adjust exposure, warmth, or coolness to suit your preferences.
