For planning details, we prefer written communication (chat or email) — it keeps everything clear and nothing gets missed.
Do you assist with wedding day planning?
While we don’t offer full planning services, we:
• Collaborate seamlessly with your planner.
• Provide a custom timeline 📅 (if needed) to ensure a relaxed, stress-free day.
How are working hours counted?
Hours start at the agreed shoot time and end when we wrap up. Need a custom schedule? Just let us know — we're flexible.
Do you only work in Samui and Phuket?
No! We’re available worldwide🌍, with a focus on Thailand. Share your dream location—we’ll be there.
How long does it take to edit photos and videos?
• Photos: Up to 1 month.
• Videos: Up to 2 months.
• Expedited delivery (5 days), $500 fee applies.
How many photos will we receive?
• Photos: 60+ edited shots/hour (600–800 for full-day coverage).
• Videos: 5–17 minutes, tailored to your story.
How do I book a session?
When is the final payment due?
The final balance is due on your wedding day. Editing begins once full payment is received — so the sooner it's settled, the sooner your gallery arrives!
How will we receive the photos and videos?
All files are uploaded to a private gallery, shareable with friends and family, and available for three years.
Can I send inspiration/reference images?
Yes! Share Pinterest boards or examples - we’ll blend your ideas with our natural, timeless style.
What is your editing style?
