Can we make video call to discuss your upcoming wedding?
Certainly we can call you. We love to say hello and take a first look of our lovely couples.
But also we prefer texting. Because when we make a call, the information discussed is quickly forgotten. If we have detailed correspondence, we make sure to reread it before your date and keep of all your wishes and requests.
Do you help with wedding day planning?
No, we work from an already prepared plan created by your wedding planner.
How do I calculate hours of work if we don’t already have a wedding day plan?
Usually a full wedding day lasts between 8 and 10 hours. And it looks like this:
1-4 PM preparations of the bride and groom, photos with bridesmaids and friends of the groom
4-5 PM Wedding ceremony
5-7 PM Photo shooting
7-11 PM Banquet
Do you only work in Samui?
No, we work all over Thailand. Feel free to ask about any destination.
How long do you edit photos and videos?
Usually it takes ONE month. The time depends on when you are doing the wedding. If it’s high season (January — August) it can take up to 1,5-2 months to process.
Video is edited within 2 months.
Speed up processing - additional fee 500USD.
How many photos we get as a result?
We process all successful shots. Number of photos — 80 + photos per hour. From the full wedding day usually you get 800-1000 photos.
Video clip from 3 to 10 minutes depending on the number of hours.
How do we book a date?
First of all You choose a package or how many hours of our work you need. We create an agreement with a deposit to book the date (30% of the invoice). And when we receive the deposit we book your date.
When do we pay for your services in full?
The final payment is received on the day of your event. We start editing of photo and video from the date of final payment.
How do we get the photos and videos?
We upload all the files to your personal gallery and give you a link to download all the materials. Also you can share this link with all you friends and family members as you wish. It will be available for three years.
Can I send you the referrers of what I want to get?
Sure, of course! You can create a board on Pinterest and show it to us. We will definitely listen to your wishes and with pleasure use your favorite poses for a photo shoot.
Can you edit the photos based on my example?
No, we have our own artistic vision of color and we stick to it. We work with natural film colors and classic wedding photography and videography. We think fancy toning is temporary and natural colors will always be in demand.
Do you only photograph weddings?
No, we shoot in different styles. Family photography, pregnancy, baby showers and birthday parties, portraits for social networks, advertising photo and video, lookbook for brands, real estate photos and videos, content for micro and macro stocks.
